Minilevel NT "Classic" and "Sealtec"
  • Is your task to measure flatness of lines and surfaces?

  • Do you need to assemble and measure machines in an economical way?

  • Does your machine tool not deliver the required accuracy and you must check the quality of the guide ways?

Then you are urged to look more deeply into the electronic inclination measuring instruments and systems.

First of all, it has to be mentioned, that the “classic” instruments will be discontinued in the manufacturing program of WYLER AG and will be replaced by the new "NT" family.

What is the difference between the two instrument’s generations

  • “classic” instruments
  • “NT” instruments (the new generation)

Type "classic"

MINILEVEL Type A10
LEVELTRONIC Type A40
ENGINEER SET 26

The “classic” instruments will be discontinued in the manufacturing program of WYLER AG. Although the technology was constantly improved the latest requirements towards such an instrument can not be fulfilled anymore.

The “classic” instruments will be completely replaced by the new type “NT”.

The “classic” instruments are based on a analogue measuring concept. The level’s output is ± 2000mV corresponding to 1 mV/Digit.
When connected to the correct adapter the instruments can be used for measurements with the WYLER software “Levelsoft”.

The most important features of the MINILEVEL NT are:

  • Large LCD display

  • 2 different sensitivity ranges selectable, what allows universal use

  • Precise zero point adjustment possible by using push buttons

  • A lightweight, compact instrument without cables (no accidental tearing down the instrument)

  • Quickly available reading on the spot

Type "NT/Sealtec"

MINILEVEL NT  Type 11
LEVELTRONIC NT  Type 41
ENGINEER SET 27

The new instrument of the “NT” family was developed from the scratch according to the users requirement. These instruments will in the future replace the “classic” instruments.

The most important features of the MINILEVEL NT / LEVELTRONIC NT are:

  • Large LCD display showing directly the measured value in the unit selected. 2 different sensitivity ranges selectable (MINILEVEL NT only)
  • Precise zero point adjustment possible by using push buttons.
  • Rugged precision aluminium housing for protection against external influences.
  • State of the art digital technology combined with the use of modern electronic components allow signal output in digital or analogue form.
  • Possibility of connection to the LEVELMETER C25 or to the LEVELMETER 2000, as well as to the LEVELADAPTER 2000 combined with the flatness measurement software „WYLER-LEVELSOFT“
  • Power supply with common 1.5 V - batteries.
  • Fulfils the CE requirements (Immunity against electromagnetic smog)
  • All standard measuring bases are available
  • Available with calibration in sec.of arc
    or in µm/m
  • The influence of humidity changes were drastically reduced by implementing the “SEALTEC Technoloy”

The instruments technology is based on a completely digital measuring system. Despite this an analogue output is still available whereas ±2000mV corresponding are to 1 mV/Digit.

The most important features of the LEVELTRONIC NT are:

  • Small compact precision instrument with external display, especially useful when the result should be seen remotely or when no direct view to the instrument is possible. (The display unit can be brought to the point of adjustment)

  • Quickly available external reading

  • One measuring range only

Difference between Minilevel and Leveltronic

Both types of instruments are specifically meant to precisely measure small angles. Most of all the instruments are suited for flatness measurements of measuring and setting plates as well as measuring geometrical errors on machine tools and other objects
Minilevel Leveltronic

The most obvious difference between Minilevel and Leveltronic is the direct readout on the Minilevel LCD allowing the instrument to use it as a stand alone instrument (no cables). In contrary to this the Leveltronic always requires a separate display unit (Levelmeter 2000, Levelmeter “LIGHT” or Levelmeter C25)

In addition the Leveltronic has only one measuring range whereas every Minilevel has two measuring ranges to switch between.

Both instruments have a calibrated output with a RS485 type signal. This allows the connection via a suitable interface (e.g. LEVELMETER 2000 with LEVELADAPTER) to a PC with a respective software installed (e.g. LEVELSOFT)

Both type of instruments:

  • Rugged precision aluminium housing for protection against external influences

  • State of the art digital technology combined with the use of modern electronic components allow signal output in digital or analogue form

  • Possibility of connection to the LEVELMETER C25 or to the LEVELMETER 2000, as well as to the LEVELADAPTER 2000 combined with the flatness measurement software „WYLER-LEVELSOFT“

  • Power supply with common 1.5 V - batteries

  • Fulfils the CE requirements (Immunity against electromagnetic smog)

  • All standard measuring bases are available

  • Available with calibration in sec.of arc or µm/m

  • The influence of humidity changes were drastically reduced by implementing the “SEALTEC Technoloy”

  • The instruments technology is based on a completely digital measuring system. Despite this an analogue output is still available whereas ±2000mV corresponding are to 1 mV/Digit

  • External power supply through a Levelmeter C25, Levelmeter 2000 or Levelmeter „light“
