ENGINEER SET NT
The ENGINEER SET is the ideal Measuring system for flatness measurement, measurement of geometrical errors on machines and systems of all kinds in workshop conditions.

The Engineer set is especially well suited for the specialist working on geometrical errors on machines. The differential measurement allows excellent measuring results in leveling and finding rotational errors. The complete unit is packed in a comfortable case for easy handling and transportation. This gives a mobile measuring system of universal use.

Engineer SET 27 with
LEVELMETER 2000 in combination with a laptop and the
software LEVELSOFT

Standard configuration of the ENGINEER SET NT:
  • 1 LEVELTRONIC NT 41 Horizontal base;
    LEVELTRONIC with flat hardened steel base 150 mm with dust grooves, sensitivity 5 µm/m
  • 1 LEVELTRONIC NT 41 Angular base;
    LEVELTRONIC with angular prismatic type base for surfaces and shafts, length 150 mm, for horizontal and vertical measurements. sensitivity 5 µm/m
  • 1 LEVELMETER C25
    or alternatively
  • 1 LEVELMETER 2000
  • 2 Cables each 2,5 m length
The complete unit is packed in a handy case.

The engineers set is also available with other sensitivities as above stated. For flatness measurements of surface plates a sensitivity of 1 µm/m is useful.

In addition the system may be connected to an IBM compatible PC by using the WYLER LEVELADAPTER 2000. This allows the comfortable, timesaving computer guided measurement.

NEW with LEVELMETER "LIGHT"
The engineer set no 27 can be supplied with a LEVELMETER „LIGHT“ instead of the standard supply with a LEVELMETER 2000. The LEVELMETER „LIGHT“ is a more versatile unit than the REMOTE DISPLAY but can also be used as a more simplified unit of the LEVELMETER 2000. The LEVELMETER „LIGHT“ serves as display unit or as interface between instrument and PC.

Engineer SET 27 with
LEVELMETER "LIGHT" in combination with a laptop and the
software LEVELSOFT

  • 1 LEVELTRONIC NT 41 Horizontal base;
    LEVELTRONIC with flat hardened steel base 150 mm with dust grooves, sensitivity 1 µm/m
  • 1 LEVELTRONIC NT 41 Angular base;
    LEVELTRONIC with angular prismatic type base for surfaces and shafts, length 150 mm, for horizontal and vertical measurements. sensitivity 1 µm/m
  • 1 LEVELMETER "LIGHT"
  • 2 Cables each 2,5 m length

RADIOMODULE WYLER for ENGINEER SET no 27

With the newly developed RADIOMODULE WYLER precise inclination measurements can be performed without the interference of cables. The data is transmitted faultless from the instrument to the receiver module respectively to he Levelmeter 2000 or the Levelmeter "light".

From the Levelmeter the transmission to the PC / Laptop is done in the conventional way via RS232 cable. In the PC / Laptop the measuring results can be computed with the software LEVELSOFT

The RADIOMODULE WYLER can be supplied with new instruments or as an upgrade set for existing instruments of the NT family.

ENGINEER SET no 27 including RADIOMODULE WYLER

  • 1 LEVELTRONIC NT 41 Horizontal base with integrated RADIOMODULE WYLER;
    LEVELTRONIC with flat hardened steel base 150 mm with dust grooves, sensitivity 1 µm/m

  • 1 LEVELTRONIC NT 41 Angular base with integrated RADIOMODULE WYLER;
    LEVELTRONIC with angular prismatic type base for surfaces and shafts, length 150 mm, for horizontal and vertical measurements. sensitivity 1 µm/m

  • 1 LEVELMETER 2000 or LEVELMETER "LIGHT" with a RADIOMODULE BOX WYLER and cable
